For people you miss
Tell them what happened. Like you used to on the phone.

Yesterday
I went back to our bench in the woods.
Today
A dog nudged me in the park today. Just like you used to.
Some things can no longer be said. A goodbye that was too short. An apology no one wants to hear. A day you just want to tell someone about.
still. looks and feels like a messenger – without read receipts, without “online”, without notifications. Just you, your words and a place where they can stay.
Grief, love, anger, hope: everyone uses still. differently. A few examples.
Tell them what happened. Like you used to on the phone.
Because grieving a pet is just as real.
Letters to your child – for the day they get to read them.
Find closure without reopening old doors.
A diary that feels like a conversation.
Write it here – before you send it somewhere else.
Type, record a voice message or capture a moment with a photo or video.
Create conversations with a name and photo – sorted by what mattered to you most recently.
Protect still. with Face ID, Touch ID or your own 4- or 6-digit PIN.
Synced through your private iCloud if you like – end-to-end encrypted.
Light or dark, fourteen calm colors for your bubbles, easy to use with one hand.
English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese.
Your first conversation is free – with everything still. can do. For more conversations, you unlock the full version once. No subscription, no ads – so still. never has to live off your data.

Never. still. has no way of sending anything at all. Your messages only leave your device if you turn on iCloud Sync – and even then only encrypted, into your own iCloud.
No. Without iCloud, everything stays on your device. With iCloud, every message is encrypted on your device first. The key is kept in your end-to-end encrypted iCloud Keychain.
With iCloud Sync turned on, your conversations come back on your new device. Without iCloud, they only exist on the old one – protected there by encryption and your device passcode.
Then there's no way back – that's the price of real privacy. If you choose Face ID or Touch ID as your lock, your device passcode works as a fallback.
